As a personal chef, I'll curate a weekly plant-based meal plan for you and prepare those meals once weekly in your home. 

My service includes:

  • A custom plant-based menu based on your dietary preferences (I can cater to oil-free, nut-free, gluten-free, low-sodium and more)

  • Grocery shopping for the week's meals

  • 5 entrees, each generously serves 4 people OR

  • 3 entrees, 2 side dishes, and 1 dessert

  • Meal preparation in your home, with meals packed in glass containers with reheating and serving instructions

  • Cleanup

Service cost: $400 weekly, plus groceries (approximately $150-$200 per week)

My name is Courtney Meznarich.

I am a personal chef specializing in in-home, whole food, vegan meal preparation and planning for busy professionals and families who still want to nourish themselves with incredible, quality meals. My cuisine is a reflection of my belief in the power of nutrition, my world travels, and my training under famed chef and restaurateur Matthew Kenney at the Food Future Institute. ​I love sharing my passion for plant-based food, and I find it so fun and rewarding to see how this lifestyle changes lives. ​I can't wait to share this passion with you, too!

I believe the secret to vitality starts with what we put on our plates. Nourishing foods help us increasing not only our lifespan, but our healthspan – so we can live longer, yes, but also live better. 

 

I've experienced first-hand the incredible transformation that a plant-based diet can bring, and my clients experience it, too. It's not about restricting the unhealthy stuff – I still eat some junk here and there! It's about adding in all the good stuff. With a plant-based personal chef, you can make eating healthy an easier and more automatic process.

 

Your meals will be prepared with nutritious, delicious ingredients, and you'll feel great about the way you're eating. A healthy diet spreads into everything else you do in your life; I've had clients tell me they feel lighter, have more energy, and sleep like babies when they switch the majority of their diet to my plant-based meals. They also feel a general sense of wellbeing when the stressors of meal planning are taken off their plates.
