Each dish is made from scratch using whole-food ingredients and is designed for balance, nourishment, and flavor. Organic ingredients are used wherever possible.

Smoky barbecue chickpeas layered with roasted purple sweet potato, poblano, and corn for fiber and phytonutrient diversity. Arugula adds a peppery bite and calcium, while sunflower seeds contribute vitamin E and healthy fats.
