Nina Schick
“Having Chef Courtney cook for our family has been an absolute game-changer! As a busy family of four, it’s always been important to us to eat nutritious, organic meals, but finding the time to plan, prep, and cook consistently was a real challenge. Courtney takes all that stress away—and not only does she handle everything with ease, but her food is absolutely delicious."
Chris Cook
"Courtney's food is literally life saving. For those who wish to do something to reverse atherosclerosis this is the best choice you can make. She is quite sincere in her desire to expose her clients to the best variety of healthy plant based food as possible. I count on her to make the best choice. The meals are very tasty and my lipid panel evidences a very substantial quantitative improvement from her meals."
Josephine Vashi
"We feel SO lucky to be one of Courtney's clients! Her meals are amazingly healthy and well-balanced, and yet somehow absolutely delicious. She's a magician in the kitchen, in the best way possible. :) She also excels at all sorts of different cuisines - Asian, Italian, American, etc., you name it. Our preschooler especially enjoys her tofu nuggets."
